Hello houseboost, I had the same problem but i could fix it.
Well, i didn’t use that css code, I just downloaded a plugin call “Contact Form 7 – Success Page Redirects”
When downloaded, go to your contact forms lists and click on edit the one you want the contact form want to redirect. There’ll be a new option menu “Redirect Settings” and then put the page for redirecting and that’s it!
