I’m afraid that’s a server related issue. We cannot cover all kind of server-side configuration issues. But we may try to figure out what’s causing troubles if you provide more info. – Please delete and reinstall again oQey Gallery from wordpress.org, this will solve the problem.
– download skins from oqeysites.com/downloads, then unpack them -> upload via FTP to /oqey_gallery/skins/ , then click Refresh button in Admin -> OqeyGallery -> SkinsThank you for using oQey Gallery.

go to oQey Gallery Settings an Uncheck
Do not use Flash skins:is just before Non-flash browsers options:
Then Go to the Manage Skins page and select an Default Skin.
It must work well now.

Due to GPL incompatibility issues reported by some users, we had to remove skins from the pack. Now skins can be installed only from within the skin management tab. Therefore, the activation of the flash skins has to be done from the settings tab.

Gallery is available again. Update please asap.
Please update to the last version http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/oqey-gallery/ , issue is fixed.
