    I reinstalled WordPress 3.8.1 and disconnected my WordPress.com ID from Jetpack. Then I reconnected it and I still have the same problem.

    Really hoping someone can help point me in the right direction.

    Is there someplace I can look on the server to see where it is failing? I see the jpg file is getting to my server and stored properly. If I go into a post on my server and add media from the control panel I get the option to add media for that post and the jpg shows there. I can add the media and press update and the post is fine. Problem just seems to happen when I email a post with an attachment. as the text in the post shows up.

    Just looking to get pointed in the right direction to start my search for the issue.
