I need help:
I tryed to install Redux Framework but I can’t activate this.
He say that are not rights, but I have give allrights to plugin and themes directory.
My site shows warnings like this:

The Codepage ist now defect ä, ö, ü are wrong.

I found a new clue.
The Imagemap-Page is only visible, when I go to “Add files” in top of the editor.
But the whole left column is hidden, when I want add a picture to a post or when I want change the picture of the header in theme definition.
Have you an idea, what I can correct?
