Well, I gave up on the classname filtering. I targeted the form shortcode directly.

When I rebuild the index it says 1 post excluded. If I remove my filter it still says 1 post excluded. I wish it would show WHICH posts are excluded somewhere. I’m still not convinced this is the proper way to do this but it seems to only affect this page as far as I can tell.
