I have the same problem but i already enabled coupons option on “yes”. I deactivade all plugins but woocommerce. I also changed the theme. I can’t see “promo code” section.

I have primary menu about the site on the top and it’s fixed there. so… when i try to insert my birthday the top of the popup disappears under the primary menu and i can’t select the birthday date.
