i am sorry for my ignorance. I solved it early reading the txt inside the plugin (before than your answer here, just reading the readme.txt) after open the ftp. I hoped to have a solution without use ftp but it has been needed.
The point is that i have a cache in my web site and i have not cleaned it when i changed the settings of your firewall. Your documentation say something about. Your software is ok, i am sorry for miss to read all the documentation before to open this thread.
Now i have set my ip and a secure key for open it in every situation.
And in every case thanks for your quick support, because your answer has been really fast in saturday night.

I solved this problem deleting the plugin by ftp. The settings were corrects. I am in Italy and Italy was allowed when i reinstalled and restarted the plugin. Deleting the browser cache did not help me.
Please help me, what should i do to set this topic “solved”?
