My question is about the thumbnail in the template gallery.
Oh, thanks for your patience and for clarifying this again.
While we don’t have this documented, and it is an issue that I hadn’t seen before… I see that it is working as expected on my site. I see the thumbnails.
Could you please trying creating a new email with one of the pre-defined templates, then save it as a template, and let us know if you see the thumbnail for that one?

grow lists of interested people, broadcast messages to them, and create automations for specific offers. This is what Mailpoet does, and does supremely well. It has never let me down.

This is a fairly complex development topic well outside of our scope of support. I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.
Since you mentioned that you wanted to log the sending action of newsletters into your DB, have you considered using the already stored info in the mailpoet_newsletters table?

Thanks for your feedback. There was indeed an issue with the 4.33.0 release process and our team has just released 4.34.0 which fixes this issue. Updating both plugins now will fix it so I am marking this ticket as resolved.

Posting a ticket as a paying customer is prevented by a pointless and broken ReCaptcha configuration. ReCaptcha v2 and v3 on one page. What a nonsense.
Could you also share a link to the URL where you are not able to create a support ticket? And maybe a screenshot of the issue you are facing?
I’ll be glad to share this with the product team so that they can fix it.

You should also check that information for the tables in your site’s database. If you are not familiar with that you could ask a developer to help you with that, or your hosting support could review it for you.
If that doesn’t seem to solve it, a conflcit test (as you have suggested) could be helpful too: How to Test for Theme and Plugin Conflicts
But I would check the charset info before.
