I’m pretty new at navigating this website. What is their official support channel? Going through WordPress just prompts me to post on the public forums again and that isn’t what I should be doing? Should I be going through the IRC channel or just trying to email someone directly in hopes that I get the right person?
This is the theme that my site is currently using. I’m new and have made some minor adjustments to the site but figuring this out has been a headache.
