all of my customers in switzerland and austria -> email adress: @ (gmx.ch, gmx.at, gmail.com, gmail.de, chello.at, sunrise.ch, hotmail.de, hotmail.com)

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Reminder goes to spam folder–> Review reminders are sent by CR from ‘feedback@cusrev.com’. This indicates to customers that review process is independent and trustworthy. ‘From Address’ can be modified in the premium version of the plugin.

can’t change it bcz i don’t have the premium version. i guess your e-mail address goes to the spam directly.
