I am afraid that your issue requires custom coding which we do not support.
However, to display the posts you have made, along with the published date, you can go on the frontpage click on ‘Edit page’ https://prnt.sc/zvbhs8 and add a ‘Latest Posts’ block https://prnt.sc/zvbpen .

By clicking on that block, on the right side of your screen you will see ‘Blocks’, where you can turn on the button that says ‘Display Post Date’. https://prnt.sc/znmv0s

Please take into consideration that this will be published in your ‘About’ section from your frontpage, so you are recreating the Latest Posts, adding the details that you need.

Please try adding the following code in Customizer -> Additional CSS. This should honor the text exactly how you have typed it, in all headings (remove the ‘h1, ‘ if you don’t want this to be applied to your header as well):
