I suggest trying to backup your site for security purposes and deactivate all your plugins one by one, to see if any of them is causing the problem.Please let me know if this solved the issue.

Please try to rename the blog page title from Dashboard -> Pages. Modify the name in the whitespace, and the permalink to match it.
For example, my posts page is named ‘MyBlog’ https://prnt.sc/104rq9eLet me know if the issue still appears afterward.

You have the option of importing a starter site from the Dashboard -> Appearance -> Neve Options -> Starter Sites. This will provide a basic layout to build your website and speed up the development process.

The process of changing the cover image might be different, depending on the page builder that you have chosen when you have imported the starter site.
Here are the steps on how to change your cover image if you are using Gutenberg for your starter site:
1. Go to ‘Edit page’ , on the top of your frontpage
2. Click on the existing cover image, and this should appear on the right side of the screen. https://prnt.sc/100y4ul .
3. Click the ‘Clear media’- this will delete your existing image
4. The cover block should appear, and you should be able to upload your desired image. https://prnt.sc/100y6izI hope this works!

The two different sections with 3 columns can each be used for Desktop only, and you may hide them from Advanced Settings for Tablet and Mobile.
After that, I suggest making another three sections, with two columns each, which will be available for tablet and mobile, by hiding them for the Desktop.
This way, you will have (2 rows,3 items) for Desktop, (3 rows, 2 items) for Tablet, and (6 rows, 1 item) for Mobile.Another approach will be to look for a post type grid block, like the Posts one, that allows the number of items per row to be chosen rather than splitting the page layout in three or two equal areas. This way, you can have more control over the number of items in a row.
