Thumbnails are now showing for me with the new shortcode you gave, thanks so much!
Now I have a new issue though: Everything works fine in Google Chrome and Safari, but not in Firefox. When I try to play a video from within the plugin, I only get a black screen with the message “An error occurred. Please try again later.” This applies to not just the small thumbnails, but the main video as well. And again, it only happens in Firefox.
Unfortunately still not working for me with the new shortcode you gave, still no thumbnails showing.
