I reported this to Tom and he replied almost immediately:
“This is caused by a bug I introduced in 1.40. I’ve just released a bugfix
(1.40.1) that addresses this issue.”
That’s great support!
I had the same problem when I updated Mandigo to 1.40, wasted an afternoon trying to fix it, then reverted to 1.39 and it is OK again.
