Thank you for your reply and for the explanation. Changing the Display name setting to the user’s full name works perfectly, so that part of the issue is resolved.
I have one additional question. On our website, the LearnPress registration form only includes the following required fields:
- Username
- Email
- Password
- Confirm Password
Since there are no First Name and Last Name fields, users cannot provide this information during registration. As a result, administrators have to manually update each user’s profile before the certificate displays the correct name.
Is there a built-in way to add First Name and Last Name fields to the LearnPress registration form and make them required? Ideally, I would also like the Display name to be automatically set to the user’s full name after registration.
