Right I have managed to sort it no thanks to them. Found the folders and did what you advised and now all working.

Yeah makes sense. They werent really that helpful though. I am still not sure how I access the ftp server. They were going to do it for me however I needed to updgrade my hosting. Did that and they told me I need to migrate my site first before they can do it for me if that makes sense. Now I need to do this however it is asking me for the ftp credentials which I dont know?
So that would be Go Daddy I take it?
Unfortunately not. There is no way of me logging in, not even through the control panel. Members also reporting that they can not log in.
Will also add that if anyone is willing to spend a bit of time with me to help get sorted I will happily pay for your time.
