The theme is a modified version of the Underscores starter theme found at http://underscores.me/ The base theme has been modified to be customized for our site.

The theme is custom built in-house. It is based on Automattic’s Underscores starter theme.
I am having this same issue on my website. I have checked the box to say “yes” on having custom links, but when I go to input a URL into the “Link URL” box and press “Update,” when the page refreshes the link is gone. My WordPress version is 4.0. The website is http://www.audioenhancement.com. Any assistance you can render to speedily resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
