thanks for the reply.
1)all the invoice are named invoice-.pdf, how can I rename it?

4)I just flagged these options.
5)Apparently I don’t find any errors either with the default template or with the one for the Italian invoices.
6)I’m not sure, the error only happened twice with the same user. I cannot use the default invoices because in Italy we use more VAT for different products.

I am currently using version 2.8.3
I confirm that none of the invoices sent have the unique number or the order number.
I have not made any changes to the plugin, I have installed a template for Italian billing (we use different tax formats).
the option “Calculate document numbers (slow)” and the option “Legacy mode” are enabled.
the file name is “ricevuta-.pdf” or “fattura-.pdf” which means “receipt-.pdf” and “invioce.pdf”.

Ho comprato il template, installato e devo dire che sono pienamente soddisfatto, complimenti!!!

più che sostituire la parola “fattura”, è possibile duplicare lo stesso template anche per le ricevute (e in questo caso sostituire la parola “fattura” con “ricevuta”)
