I use an external library for the modal window, and I have not heard back from the author of that library.
I will renew contact again and see if I have any better luck, but if time is of the essence, I’d recommend that you find a different solution.
I wish I had a different answer for you.
I hope you find the right solution for your client.

In reply to: [Exit Notifier] Accessibility?I have looked into this, and I’m exploring the possibility of fixing it, but the issue is in a utility I use to present the dialog. I’ve reached out to the author of that utility to see if they can help. I’ll let you know what I find out.

I’m still not sure if it’s appropriate for the plugin, but I’ll consider adding it once I look into what that will entail. I may require the user to add a page with a shortcode to make this practical. Would that be an acceptable way to do this in your mind?

In reply to: [Exit Notifier] nothing happening..Neither of those. The basic function of the plugin is to pop a notification when a user clicks a link that would take them away from your site. It can be used in many other ways, but “out of the box” so too speak, it’s generally that simple. There are some plugins that conflict that can cause problems, but unless you’ve got one of those installed, it should simply work.
I’ll be glad to help you troubleshoot if you send me the link to your site.

I don’t think it’s exactly what you were asking for, but let me know if it fits your needs. It won’t open the alert in a new window, as I’m still not sure how to implement that in a way that makes sense for this plugin.
