If you would like to receive notifications about new questions, please enable the standard WordPress notifications about new comments as we suggested above.

1. Enable debugging on your website (see https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/)
2. Reproduce the same error
3. Check messages in the debug logPlease share a screenshot of the debug log with a full description of the error, so that we can investigate it further.
