1. Can you please let me know if you can see the images in from the Admin Dashboard on “Reviews” page?
2. The problem is not caused by any script. It is caused by the fact that your caching plugin does not handle WordPress Nonces (a security feature to protect WordPress) correctly: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Nonces. You can confirm it by deactivating the caching plugin.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to publish reviews to social media, if Trust Badges are disabled. This feature always worked this way. You probably had Trust Badges enabled in the past but then turned them off.

It is because Trust Badges are not enabled for your store. Please enable them in the plugin’s settings (“Trust Badges” tab) and try again.

I check the page but it looks like you are using a different reviews plugin. Please reach out to the support team of that plugin to discuss your problem as we cannot support plugins from other vendors.

If you a developer, can you please enable debugging (see https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/) and check what happens with the
[cusrev_reviews]shortcode on your site? You should be able to see what template file is passed to the https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/comments_template/ function (see my explanation about it in one of the replies above).We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If this is not the case, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

Please test deliverability of your emails with this service: https://www.mail-tester.com/. It will generate a unique email address for you. You should then send a review reminder to that address and check the ‘score’ of your email. Please let me know the score and share the link of the results page.

Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t support the customizations that you described. Each Trust Badge must include a store name because otherwise it is not clear to which store it belongs.
