Did you activate Trust Badges in the past using your old store name?
Please try to enable Trust Badges (Settings > Trust Badges) and save settings. If you don’t want to use Trust Badges, then please disable them and save settings again.
After that, please try sending a test email one more time (from Settings > Review Reminder) and check if the store name is correct.

The problem should be resolved in the version 4.17. Please update the plugin, clear all the caches, and let us know in case of any issues.

It looks like you have installed reCAPTCHA on your site. Can you please disable it and try to upload a picture again?
