1. Our plugin sends notifications only about reviews submitted in response to review reminders. You need maintain the correct email address in the field ‘Email for Notifications’ on ‘Review Reminder’ tab of the plugin’s settings.
If you allow customers to submit review directly on product pages, our plugin will not send notifications about them.

Sorry, but your explanation still sounds weird. You found and downloaded the plugin from WordPress.org. Here is a screenshot showing the support link located just next to the Download button and the Reviews link: https://ibb.co/JxGgxpY. I don’t think that it is fair to say that finding this link is “a real issue”.

Our plugin is able to send email notification about replies only for reviews that were left via aggregated review forms.
Unfortunately, the plugin cannot send email notifications for replies to reviews left directly on the product page. We do not have permission to send emails to customers in this case because they did not accept terms and conditions.
2. Caching plugins are tricky. They can break other plugins or entire websites. So, if there is any problem, the first step of troubleshooting is always to disable the caching plugin.
If it works fine now, you are welcome to enable the caching plugin. If you don’t notice any problems after that, it should be ok to keep the caching plugin enabled.

You should NOT modify any files inside the plugin’s folder. The whole plugin’s folder gets overwritten with every new update. This is how updates work in WordPress. This applies to any WordPress plugin and not just ours.
If you would like to translate the plugin, please use the official WordPress translation tools here: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/customer-reviews-woocommerce/. You should never update ‘po’ and ‘mo’ files directly in the plugin’s folder.

You can check it yourself by opening the page in Google Chrome and then choosing ‘View Page Source’ option.
Can you please tell me which plugin you are using for recaptcha? We will try to install it on our test site to reproduce the issue.
