Reviews on a single product page is a standard WooCommerce feature. You don’t need any other plugin except WooCommerce to display them. If your theme doesn’t support WooCommerce reviews, then it is a question to the theme support team. Unfortunately, we don’t know how your theme works.

Reviews is a standard WooCommerce feature. All you need is a theme that is compatible with WooCommerce.
I checked a product page on your website and it looks like you managed to enable reviews there: https://miracleforyou.de/produkt/solo-headphones/ (“Bewertungen” section).

Unfortunately, this feature is not yet available. We are working on it and hopefully it will be added in the future versions of the plugin.

As I requested earlier, it would be really helpful to see a video illustrating the problem. If you are concerned about sharing the video on a public forum, please hide any sensitive information on the video.

– a system report for your website (WooCommerce -> Status -> System Status)
