Hi dalex90,
Here is a quote from the support page at WPMU.
“Create a secondary admin account for the admin taking over the site, which will limit their access to the WPMU DEV dashboard, but will still allow them to update their plugins/themes from us via the WordPress update system.
Your account is the only one that can access the WPMU DEV dash unless you specifically grant access to another user”.
Otherwise, you could assign rights to the individual user.
