Thanks khornberg and veggie_89. I gave up on a solution and recently we switched to another service sharefaith.com. Everything is working well but of course we’re not using Sermon Manager any longer. Thanks again for your input.

I’m having a similar issue. I updated to the latest Sermon Manager and the player has stopped displaying. http://www.madisonfbc.org/archive I get a black box with Download File in it.
