I’m having this same problem. I get the error “Can’t load this PDF. Make sure the PDF exists at the URL you’re loading it from.”
I’ve used the shortcode in the format stated, i.e.
[flipbook pdf=”http://full-url/document.pdf”%5D
The link for the PDF works as a standalone. I’ve tried different browsers, but no joy 🙁
All suggestions would be greatly received
I’m having this same problem.
The only thing that appears is the Suggestions Title but absolutely no product information will appear, not title, description, price or image. I’ve tried all the different style options.
Any suggestions?
