Thanks for the quick reply.
Yes, I have set the Working Hours Schedule in Business Settings.
I see the solution now though.
I needed to check off the box for the service in the dropdown menu in order to have a Working Hours Schedule to customize for that service.
Well, it seems to have started working now.
So hopefully it works on the day of our event!

Thank you for the quick reply!
Yes, there is both a name and an email field for the log-in.
I decided to test the previous webinar (the one that we’d successfully used the embed code with in January 2021) and that one gets me to a different stage where it’s asking me to enter the tk from the login url, though my login url has a pwd string appended to it and not a tk string.
So, that’s a different issue, with the same result being that I can’t successfully access the webinar via the view in browser embed.

In reply to: [AWS for WordPress] The plugin reads everything: code snippets, tables, etc…OK, so rereading the OP I see that I can use those SSML tags to let Polly know about text that I don’t want it read.
That does work for me. Great!

In reply to: [AWS for WordPress] The plugin reads everything: code snippets, tables, etc…Yes, this is an issue with making the AWS plugin really useful.
For me it’s reading the alternative text, caption text for images, text within buttons, and text in block quotes.
It would be great to be able to set it so that it’s not reading text within certain tags in the HTML.
That’s what we’re talking about here, right? So I gather that this isn’t possible yet.

In reply to: [Pixel Caffeine] What should I be seeing?I’ve got the same question. I’m not at all clear on what the purpose is of setting up the conversion/event tracking in Pixel Caffeine.
It seems like I have to set up a conversion tracking (for example for View Content) separately in both Caffeine Pixel and in Facebook Events Manager.
What’s the point of doing that in both places? If Pixel Caffeine isn’t synching the Conversion to Facebook Events Manager, then where’s the reporting for conversions within Pixel Caffeine?

Update
Here’s the solution:
https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/9885Going through and turning plugins back on one at a time, the offending line appears to be created by JetPack, which is problematic because we’re using JetPack to insert social media feeds into custom sidebars for customers who buy listings on our site.
Would prefer not to have to choose been a usable RSS feed and JetPack’s sidebar tools.
Must have been a JetPack update recently. I’ll get in touch with their support.

In reply to: Getting Stuck Removing /WordPress/ from site URL@abletec
No worries! I always find it tricky to know if I’m explaining myself properly, esp. since I’m not a WP expert and only handle this stuff every few years it seems.Answers (I hope):
1) Yes, under construction site in WP will replace previous site (which is built in and hosted by Adobe Business Catalyst, so not WP at all).
2) We are not quite ready to move to the new site (though we have moved our content over), but I want to make sure that I do things in the right order so that I don’t have extra work to do later. That’s why I’m concerned about how removing the /WordPress/ element of site name works. The process for pointing out domain to the new site looks straight forward and is handled through a few settings within Network Solutions (who is our domain name provider as well). So I think apply our http://www.computertalk.com domain to the new site and directing traffic there instead of the old Adobe BC version shouldn’t be a problem. I do want to make sure people are simply using http://www.computertalk.com to reach our site and not http://www.computertalk.com/WordPress.Does that make sense?
Thanks again for your assistance here!

In reply to: Getting Stuck Removing /WordPress/ from site URLJackie @abletec,
Thanks for your reply. That’s right, the site name will not be related to Network Solutions. We’ve just been using that URL in our development stage while our existing site is still live elsewhere. Our existing site is http://www.computertalk.com.
Address for our homepage at the new site is: http://0414943.netsolhost.com/WordPress/
That homepage is a page within WP.
Our goal is to have the urls for the new WP-based site to look like this: http://www.computertalk.com/post-title. The way in which we installed WP, our permalinks with our site address currently look like this: http://0414943.netsolhost.com/WordPress/post-title. I’m concerned that when I point our domain to WP that we’ll end up with: http://www.computertalk.com/WordPress/post-title. And I don’t want that /WordPress/ element in the middle of the URL.
Googling the problem gets me what seems to be a very simple solution, but I can’t get it to work. I went through the steps from the link referenced above to try to remove the “/WordPress/” element from the http://www.netsolhost.com site name, but I then I get the 404 errors. So I’m breaking the URL it seems.
What am I missing?
Do I need to update the site name to http://www.computertalk.com and point our domain to WP? Should I be able to make this change working with the netsolhost.com site name and I’m doing something wrong?
I appreciate your help!
