The use of Mail Mint instead of WPForm will really depend on your use case.

Besides the fields you mentioned, you will also find another widget called the Mint Custom Field (see image).

You may add this field, define its label, and map it to other existing or custom contact fields. (see image)

So it is easily possible to prepare a generic form and collect leads (along with additional data) using Mail Mint forms.
