Hi @traffer , to remove the top menu when using Divi for WPFunnels, you may add a custom CSS code.
Here’s what you have to add:
.wpfunnel_steps-template.et_fixed_nav header#main-header { display: none; } .wpfunnel_steps-template.et_fixed_nav { padding-top: 28px; } .wpfunnel_steps-template.et_fixed_nav .et_fixed_nav.et_show_nav #page-container { padding-top: 0; }Here’s where you can add the custom CSS on Divi:

Hi @amandaduncan , thanks for reaching out.
Actually, do not have a direct integration with Drip. So, I believe you set up webhooks to pass data or you have an integration with WooCommerce for Drip.
To our knowledge, we do not interfere with integrations or webhooks that are not part of WPFunnels. So, we would very much appreciate it if you could have someone from Drip reach out to us so that we can work together on the matter.
Thanks.
Hi @vicentew , I was following up to see if you are still facing the issue. If so, do get back to us. Thanks.
Hi @linuslorentzen , you would love to know that we have already resolved most of the issues you reported here.
1. Can’t import from CSV – most of the time, it fails or stalls. Can’t tell CSV import function to use semicolon (not comma).
~ We optimized the import process and now you can easily do that. The CSV import function now has both comma and semicolon support.
2. Can’t import WordPress users
~ The issue with importing a large number of WordPress users has been optimized and resolved. You may now import users in bulk.
3. Paste in contacts don’t work well
~ We have added all the necessary instructions in the plugin for you to paste contacts properly and import them.
4. When creating custom fields, you can’t see all the fields that already exist.
~ This was a great suggestion, and we have implemented it in the last Mail Mint versions. (See image) https://prnt.sc/ktRjjaBhcjhU
5. Can’t edit existing fields.
~ You can now edit existing fields as well. (See image)
6. When creating a form, it’s not clear that you will only get the shortcode AFTER saving.
~ Now, you will be able to get the shortcode of a form as you start creating the form. (See image)
7. No detection/notification about that WP sending service (in my case external SMTP) is not working.
~ We have added a warning message for people who may not have it set up properly to help with this.
8. Documentation is inside documentation of another plugin (WP funnel) – that’s super confusing.
~ We have started working on a brand new way to control our documentation. In this case, WPFunnels and Mail Mint will have separate pages for their docs, and hopefully, it will solve this confusion.
9. Can’t export emails to HTML or MJML
~ Now you can copy and paste the HTML in the email builder or for a sent email.
10. Hard to see the email after it’s send
~ You will now be able to preview the email even without going into the email builder, right on the initial campaign area. (See image)
And you will be able to send test emails from the preview area as well. (See image)11. Form builder have no templates for regular forms, only pop-ups and bars and so on.
~ We have added a few regular form templates.
12. Can’t easily strip styling form forms to let theme take over.
~ We have added options to do this.
13. Can’t set form styling globally.
~ As we are extending Gutenberg, this is something that is taking a bit of time. But we are working on this for our lead forms and plan to introduce this in one of our upcoming sprints.
14. No way of inspecting and controlling the design and styling of the content of short codes used for unsubscribe confirmation, preference page and optin_confirmation.
~ You will be able to view & edit the pages even from your admin account so that you may design these pages. And you will be able to add custom styling to them using custom classes. So, this will now be in your control as well.
As you can see, we have solved most of the issues you reported. We would really appreciate it if you could take some time to take a look at the plugin again, and hopefully, update your rating.
Thank you for your valuable feedback. Looking forward to your improved rating & feedback.
Cheers.
Hi @vicentew , also, if you are using WooCommerce, can you please collect the log for that date. (You may collect it from WooCommerce > Status > Logs.)
Once we take a look, we will try to find a solution. Thanks.
Hi @vicentew , can you let us know the following:
- The theme and page builder you were using.
- The name of the funnel template you tried to import.
- PHP and WordPress versions.
Thanks.
Hi @umarworkshop thank you for your rating. It will help motivate our team to do even better.
Cheers!
Hi @jongjinlee445 , can you let us know which mail log plugin you are using to view this email?
Can you check if the html view is enabled there?

Hi @drilllegacy , can you let us know the following:
- Your WordPress version
- PHP version
- Versions of Mail Mint plugins
- Do you have any caching plugin on your site?
- What do you particularly see when you click on the import button? (If possible, share a screen recording).
Do let us know. Thanks.
Hi @vicentew , we have replied to you on your support ticket. It’s best if we communicate there for a faster solution.
Thanks.
Hi @acommonthread , in this case, please uncheck that option. We will work on a different solution and get back to you ASAP.
Thanks.
Hi @acommonthread , can you try the following?
- Go to WPFunnels > Settings > Advanced Settings
- There check mark the option “Disable Theme Styles In Funnel Pages”
Then clear cache and check if this is issue is resolved.
Do let us know.
Thanks.
@vanluda Hi, we have released a fix earlier today. This issue should not persist.
Thanks.
