Your post was helpful. I decided to remove the database and start over on the migration.
I set up the new database and user. Then headed back to Duplicator.
When I looked at the Duplicator checklist before running the new install, I noticed it was saying there was a PHP mismatch. I was able to go into the software section of Cpanel and update the PHP on the domain before running the Duplicator installer. This removed the warning and installed the migrated site fine.
Everything seems to be going smoothly!
