I now have access back and the website is visible again.
Reseting the plugins didn’t affect it , however renaming the themes fixed it.
I re-activated the theme (customizr) via the dashboard and that worked OK.
My remaining problem is noted in the Apperance tab:
Customizr Child The parent theme is missing. Please install the “customizr” parent theme.
I tried changing the filenames in the server back to customizr and customizr-child but this made no difference.
I assume that when I reactivated customizr I created a new theme?
Do you know a quick way to get the child theme back quickly?
