Thanks for the reply. I checked and there is no transaction ID for all the transactions exported for that specific event.
We also have the following software installed:
WordPress 4.3.1
Events Manager 5.6
Events Manager Pro 2.4.2
eWay Payment Gateway 3.4.0Thanks again for the kind assistance.
