I tried with both of those and failed with both.
There just seems to be something wrong with the sync, I just removed all shipping methods and re-added them, and NL and GR were syncing with GMC just fine (both 1 paid shipping method).
After that I added a free shipping method for both countries, but only 1 of those is being synced to GMC: https://imgur.com/sLromVm

Now I don’t care about that one too much, but previously it synced the free shipping for both countries to GMC.

Yes that’s the whole issue, the audience is synced to GMC just fine, also my shipping methods EXCEPT the 1 method I added with multiple countries in it.

I had to manually add a shipping method within GMC as well or else my products are not being shown in those countries.

Yes I want the shipping to be handled by WooCommerce, not GMC.

I can try but that will remove my manually added shipping method for those countries in Merchant Center again, also I don’t see how that would help since the other shipping methods I added also have shipping class cost.
