I just tried your suggestion, but there was no difference. I’m using the “Destin Basic” theme, but I tried similar things with other themes.
Any other locations where layout might be stored?

Nevermind – it is the WooCommerce plugin that is doing it, not Yoast.

The “…are currently disabled” message is present.
Any other thoughts?
