i have the same thing on my website…. i wish i had some advice to offer but i’m in the same boat. recently my database was hacked…. godaddy reverted to previous versions and removed the malware from the database, but i’m still left with this code somewhere, but have no idea where to search to remove it.
I’m also having this same issue….. this plugin is exactly what I’ve been looking for and everything works great except for the confirm or edit part… have you found any solution yet?
