I can confirm this issue. I just installed this plugin on a new site and replaced the default frequently asked questions and responses. However, it doesn’t display the new questions.

Hi, would this feature be included in your roadmap?
I’ve used Addons field to save customer input. However, the data isn’t displayed back when the customer edits the product.
Hope there are other alternative as it seems to be a critical feature.
