Would also like to know how to do this, has to do with formatting the default page template
I solved this by opening up header.php and copying everything from <!DOCTYPE html> down to <!-- #site-navigation --> and then closing with </header> and pasting it into the top portion of a blank page template.
If you figure this out, please let me know! I’ve been screwing around with the code for days trying to remove them!
