Make sure your uploads folder is at 755. The bulk uploader uses this as a staging upload area before doing all the resizing etc…

B) Did you follow the steps listed for troubleshooting? (Manual, and FAQ)
C) Did you check to see if any of the photos are visible to the world? They may have had an uploading issue, when the satellite logo appears it’s doing so as a placeholder since your image isn’t able to be displayed.Uploading issues are generally permissions related. Please check that for both the /uploads/ folder and /uploads/slideshow-satellite folder

If doing a transition of “none” works well, try reducing the speed of the transitions, hopefully you can get it to be non-noticeable? There could be a different javascript timer conflicting, but it’s hard to say.

Try and make it 755 if you can. Also, if this is the case, uploading an image from the Add a Slide link should work (as opposed to the gallery page)

Right now the page only loads the css and js if it seems the satellite embed on the page.
There is also a setting under ‘Advanced Settings’ that turn off that Shortcode Requirement.

In reply to: [Slideshow Satellite] Latest update breaksI found someone else with a similar issue. They ended up having a theme that wasn’t compatable with the latest jQuery on Google. Satellite has a config toggle under ‘Advanced Settings’ for running jQuery through WordPress or Google.
Select ‘No, WordPress’ and let me know if that fixes your issue! 🙂

I can’t think of anything that would make it so premium would be acting differently than the free edition other than…there is #featured is not #featured1 etc… This is so there can be multiple slideshows on a single page. A feature that may end up being available for free users soon!
