Ok, I think the solved that, I still had the API key being read from WP-config. After going in the global settings I see the newest update blanked out all the fields. After refilling in the info everything seems to resolved. Thank you for the help.

Caching: W3 Total Cache
CDN: Cloudflare
API Key: Server (99% sure but it may be browser)
How you implemented/inserted YTC to website: Both Shortcode and a widget

I have fixed this, had to delete and re-add the gallery twice but it finally showed up on both sites.
