I mean this with all respect when i say this but the handling of this whole situation has been ridiculous, in great part because of the complete lack of communication / updates, including to support email (zero responses) for a paid service that handles payments but the same can be said for any key service used by merchants. Other services (any type of service) when they go down keep a running status page so we know you are at least alive. However, in the crypto sphere, when do we start to wonder if this was a rug pull?
now that it is the start of the week and it has been just over 3 days (date of this post) since any info has been provided and none of us can process transactions do you have any new information to share?
Not to impressed with that response from the dev. Saying all good while the activity is still going on. Surely they can see the server has still been breached and sending out hundreds of these messages to MCC installs. Definitely needs to be more communication and I hope he stops by here to post. His silence overall on this has been ridiculous.
