Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, the possible solution that you suggest didn’t work (adding the exception in w3). I was forced to deactivate w3 total cache again, in that way, the downloads work correctly. Can you check your code to verify where is the conflict or possible solution? Thanks again.
Hello. Thanks for your answer. We didn’t delete any file in dropbox. Probably, the error is related to the 60s time of cache, in particular, a possible conflict with W3 Total Cache plugin. After deactivated this plugin, all the downloads work fine. Maybe you can do some test or tell us what is the best configuration for W3 plugin. Thanks for your help.
