Thanks for the quick answer! I’ll probably post another topic in the Easy Table of Contents plugin forum, but before this: am I wrong that the default alignment for Blocksy is centered? Maybe you can give me an idea if that’s the case.

Nevermind, I found a solution myselfe.
The support team member deleted my installed AMP plugin and installed a BETA version that caused this errors. I had to delete the plugin via FTP (normal mode didn’t work, “Internal Server Error”) and then reinstalled the newest stable version from the website. I imported all the settings again and it started to work just fine. I hope the devs remove this bug in the following releases.
