When you’ve inserted the image in Add New Post, click on it and 2 boxes will come up. Click on the one in the left (Edit Image). Under Link URL, select ‘None’

Ok, so I replaced the stylesheet with one from another theme (one that does display images correctly) and it does the same thing. So it must be an error on one of the other files? Which one?
