Thanks, but my hosting provider was unable to help. It’s bluehost and they say cURL is enabled. I also tried changing themes but the gravatar profile still doesn’t show, so something else is going on. I run my site through cloudflare. Do you know if that might pose a conflict? Hi! I’m posting two screenshots. Earlier, when you visited the website I was using my username (screenshot 1). Just now, I changed it to custom and my email address (screenshot 2), but the error message still shows and no profile.
