Hey there,
Thanks for your interest in us, we love to help! When using the CF7 Integrations plugin, you need to make sure your CF7 forms has a Full Name field instead of First and Last Name fields separately.
Therefore, you will not be able to map your “[first_name], [last_name] and [email]” form but you will be able to map a form as “[full_name] and [email]”.

We’ll also use this as workaround while we solve the issue with the old TGM in our plugins.

Thanks for your inquiry, we love to help! If what you can’t do is to map your CF7 form with ContactUs.com within the Contact Form 7 Integrations plugin, then please make sure to deactivate it, uninstall it and then start over. There might be something cached that is not letting you through.

Thank you for your inquiry, we love to help! This “fatal error” message can be caused by several issues that has nothing to do with the version of the plugin nor your WP Admin.
Basically, it’s an incompatibility of the plugin with either your WordPress theme, your server or any other plugin/extension previously installed on your WP Admin.
Make sure your theme was built with the core WordPress requirements, that your server runs PHP v5 and has cURL enabled and check that there are no other plugins/extensions installed that may affect the plugin’s functionality.
If that doesn’t work, please review this article: http://help.contactus.com/hc/en-us/articles/202794306-What-if-your-WP-and-your-C-U-plugins-just-don-t-get-along-. It will show you how to implement the forms without using the plugin.

Thanks for your interest in us, we love to help! If you have a transaction ID for the donation you received, please be so kind to contact PayPal with that transaction ID so they can tell you what happened.
Please remember that the ContactUs.com donation form is just a path to get donations, but ContactUs.com never collects any money as the form redirects to PayPal so that the visitor fulfil the payment using that method.

Thanks for taking the time to report this. We went in and ran internal testing procedures but we were unable to replicate the issue you’re reporting. I’ve just made logins on the WordPress plugins using my credentials and everything worked just fine. I made a video for you to check it out: http://screencast.com/t/Xj7brf9hB.
If you’re still unable to login, please make sure you are using the correct email address you use to login in the website and the correct password as well. I suggest you to use a notepad or something to write down the password and email correctly. Then, copy and paste them into the correct fields (make sure to copy just the text and not blank spaces).

Thanks for your inquiry, we love to help! When using Newsletter Forms, the templates are already preset and can’t be customized. Nevertheless, you can use a Contact Form and customize it so it looks and works like a Newsletter Form.
This is how you use the custom fields in your Contact form: http://help.contactus.com/hc/en-us/articles/201611193-Custom-Fields-Overview.
To change the settings of the fields just to take a first name and/or change the label from name to first and last name, hover on the field and click on the edit option (“green square”: http://i.imgur.com/Ja2iAtq.png)
