Donation didn't come thru?

    Hi-

    we are using your plugin for donations for our non-profit. we tested it with $5 and the $5 came thru… we just received a contact form today that someone donated $995 – however the money didn’t come thru to our paypal? i have a transaction id for the donation…where did our money go??? please help!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your interest in us, we love to help! If you have a transaction ID for the donation you received, please be so kind to contact PayPal with that transaction ID so they can tell you what happened.

    Please remember that the ContactUs.com donation form is just a path to get donations, but ContactUs.com never collects any money as the form redirects to PayPal so that the visitor fulfil the payment using that method.
