I’m sorry to hear that Mohammed is having health issues. I would think doing a plugin like this would be very stressful. Stress can deplete vitamin B12 levels. Low B12 levels affect nerves and blood, both huge systems in the body.
My site is about B12 and there’s a handy way to tell if you have low B12 by looking at your fingernails…

I also have a page of symptoms of low vitamin B12. There are a lot of symptoms, and many of them are often treated as stand alone health problems.

I’m linking to my site so you can see how the Amazon ads work, for Methylcobalamin, and the AdSense.
The big spaces are where the In Content ads should appear, but so far haven’t.
I find that my Amazon ads come over into AMP just like my images. But then, I use an image and a Text ad, which I add by using the WordPress link feature.
I ordered the Ad Extension, but so far it hasn’t worked for me. I think it will work. My reason for ordering it was to have AdSense within my content.

I wasn’t utilizing it until I wanted the search feature to work. So InMotion Hosting helped me get my site into HTTPS by using the plugin Remove HTTP by Fact Maven.
Friends on Twitter say my site is appearing with the green lock now.
But, at the same time Google unvalidated a lot of my AMP pages. However, that could be because I had not yet registered my https site with Google WebMaster Tools.
I have to check again. I have a brain injury, though, so it takes me awhile to understand and implement things …
3/13/2017 ~ My indexed pages have gone down to 47 and my critical error pages have gone up to 35.
This plugin works so much better than I expected that it was all set up and being validated by Google before I even realized it. Happiness!!!
There are still critical errors, but they are being worked on, so this is resolved.
I misunderstood. I thought Single Page meant I had to somehow name the single pages, one by one, that I wanted my ads to appear on. Nope. Much MUCH easier than that. 🙂

It takes awhile for Google AdSense to work when you first include ads. Once both slots had loaded I could easily see that Under the Header was far preferable for me.
I should have marked this resolved a few days ago… Sorry.
