In reply to: [AMP for WP - Accelerated Mobile Pages] A note to the developers.Hi Lance,
I don’t have a working mobile phone because I’ve been arduously saving money to pay the lawyer who will do my foreclosure trial on May 20. Wish me luck!
So, my question is: What do search results for AMP pages look like if they don’t include the All-in-One SEO data??? or Rich Snippets, or… whatever????

In reply to: [AMP for WP - Accelerated Mobile Pages] Advanced AMP ADSJeff, BRILLIANT!!!
It’s working today, so I think the other day was different in that I was having trouble making the widget give me shortcode… I think that affected how well it worked.
Thank YOU SO MUCH !!!
If you hadn’t written I might not have tried it again.

In reply to: [AMP for WP - Accelerated Mobile Pages] Advanced AMP ADSThanks Jeff,
I tried putting the code into an XYZ HTML shortcode thing… I’ll have to try it again if you approach worked, b/c for me the ad didn’t appear in desktop or AMP, so… I may have done it wrong.
I’ll also try your suggestions.
Thanks !!!!!
It’s probably worth your while to make your site Secure. If you use Cloudflare you get a free SSL certificate, a “flexible” one, which is fine if you aren’t doing financial transactions on your site.
I had to get help from my hosting company, but I think it was worth the trouble.
How nice to meet a like mind 🙂
It turns out that each of my websites has these errors, so the problem must be related to something other than AMP for WP, because I don’t have AMP for WP on all of my sites.

In reply to: [AMP for WP - Accelerated Mobile Pages] Advanced AMP ADSHi Mohamed,
Gosh, Thank YOU !!!
I had not seen that Google article before.
I’m reading the article on creating an AMP ad and reading it again. I’m so slow to understand… I don’t quite know how the “ad slot” works, since it would be from an ad I’m not really going to use… right? I mean, I just created the ad in order to
…
I’m so totally confused.
I think I’ll go try it. Maybe I don’t need to understand… just Do. 🙂

In reply to: [AMP for WP - Accelerated Mobile Pages] Advanced AMP ADSHi AMPforWP,
I don’t really understand how I can place the Custom code.Google does not allow changing its ad code, which looks like this:
<script async src=”//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js”></script>
<!– AMP Custom Placement 300 x 250 –>
<ins class=”adsbygoogle”
style=”display:inline-block;width:300px;height:250px”
data-ad-client=”ca-pub-123456789″
data-ad-slot=”123456789″>
<script>
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});
</script>I just looked for your unresolved question and going back a month I could not find it. I began to wonder if you were the programmer I was going to hire to help me, but then a new update solved my problem and he lost $245.
But no, it looks as if you’ve been on these forums for a few years.
It’s possible your question got buried … I had thought topics rose to the top when something was added, but that’s not the case. I’ve had to start some topics more than once to keep them visible.
🙂
