I’m in!!!
actually i renamed the plugin-folder (plugins_)
and then i had immediately access to the admin panel.
i renamed the plugin-folder to plugins and step by step i activated the plugins. cross sells in the end (after the woocommerce update).thank you so much everybody for your support.
